A late afternoon walk in the woods at Chatsworth before the Fire Garden & Fireworks event in the evening.
Underneath the beech trees, the light really was this orange! Look how my dark green wellies glow!
In the evening, I had the quite surreal - but fun - experience of standing on the south lawn whilst a group of Manchester lads played 90s club classics on brass instruments.
One of my favourite trees, the beech, I think it's because when I was young we used to collect the nuts and eat them. Wonderful colour, your wellies nicely glowing!
