These are the books I've read in April... I'm still reading Grandpa's Great Escape but so far so good.
These were all really good, with the exception of Being a Beast.
After finishing it I still agree with what I said a couple of days ago - pretentious, self-righteous twaddle! Possibly the worst book I've ever read! I'm now debating whether to donate it to a charity shop or put in on the fire to spare anyone it's opinionated, misguided ramblings and holier than thou vibes!
hahaha I vote fire - I haven't read - or heard of it for that matter - but please dispose of it lest it cross my path - I loathe pretentious and self righteous twaddle - I shall google to ease my curiosity though :)
@suesouthwood I have a black pile for May as I want to read a few classics and all mine are the Penguin black classics range! I have 7 on the pile but not sure if I'll have the free time to read all.
I've started recently, it's a good way for beating indecisiveness over what to read - I have all the unread books together on a shelf and have sorted them into colours as best I can... it saves having to choose which one of so many to read next! It'll see me through the next 5 or 6 months then I'll go back to more random piles!
What a fun idea, to colour read. I used to read a lot, a least a book a week. Now I don't (apart from reading to the children) but might try your idea, 3 green books for May!
Yes! As discussed in this photo: http://365project.org/roachling/365/2017-04-16 !
