Robin Hood by roachling

Robin Hood

I did a long day with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, out of the house at 10am and home again at 10:30pm! It was a busy day of events in Buxton. I did a forest school session in Grin Low woods this morning, then bee home making in Pavilion Gardens and a bat walk in the evening.

There was also story telling, a creative writing workshop, nature tots, arty activities, bug hunting... Lots of family fun!

The clay creation pictured is Robin Hood, made during the forest school session. A bow and arrow was added after I'd taken this photo!
Intriguing. What a busy day!!

Sounds like a great day - all very familiar places to me - as family places. My great-grandfather helped build the Buxton Opera house!!
