Classic "Memory Shot"

"Memory shots" have a special meaning for me. They're pictures that I normally wouldn't share with anyone for any number of technical reasons, but that I keep because they remind me of something very special to me. Eagles were a daily sighting when I was in Florida, but in Maine they're much less common. This one felt like a "cosmic welcome home 'snow bird' salute" from a favorite subject.

Nice flight shot! I have only seen one eagle in the wild since I have been in Texas (near Fort Worth). Did not have a camera with me. Keep going back and have never seen it again.
