Cowbird Embryo

Not pretty, and I apologize in advance. Really didn't know whether to post it, or just file it away in the corner of my mind reserved for things I wish I'd never had to see. You may want to do the same. Enough of you agreed with the decision (which I do believe was the right one) to sacrifice the cowbird egg for the good of the brood that I thought you'd be interested in what I found.

You did the right thing getting rid of it. Even though it is always hard to get rid of a life. The others probably would have not survived.
