I can sympathize with you. I have tried the fridge trick a few times but it does not always work to my satisfaction. Some bugs thaw too fast. This is a very cool looking spider. From my experience, stacking does require very little movement.
wow - that is actually a pretty portrait of a creature I normally can't even look at! Nicely done! I never heard of that fridge trick. I'm not sure I would allow it in my fridge. What if you forgot how many spiders you put in there? How would I ever feel safe?
