Backlit rose

I tried an idea I saw online, a flower in front of a sheet of paper stuck to the window. My paper was probably a bit heavy - an interesting exercise!

That is a very good idea to try - and came out very well. Love the lighting.
I have just started a beginner's course and am trying to get my head round exposure - I might have to try something like this to see if I have learnt anything!

@4rky Have you got a camera now then? I started an online email course a few months ago, A year with my camera, but not finding time to practice the exercises..I am saving them up!

AYWMC is the course I have signed up for too but I only started last week.
I haven't got a camera yet but hope to be getting one very, very soon!

She puts the information over well and there is good advice somewhere on the site re buying a camera, made me think about whether to change!
