As a band title, I drew a book by JP Clark called "America, Their America;" his observations about traveling around the US for a year as an African national.
For the album title, I got the random quote of "Is there life before death?" by Graffito.
This is a shot of an abandoned, falling down house (actually, the garage door), that I drive by quite often. I had never used Photoshop for putting text in a photo, so this was a learning experience and a fun challenge. Plus, falling down buildings are just fun to shoot, if you don't think too much about why.
I found the juxtaposition of my random prompts to be quite fortuitous, especially when one reads about the wild rides on Wall Street this week (for those who can afford to play there) compared to the day to day struggles of many families in the US and around the world.
Anyway, thanks for the comments and visits, as you have time. Each is a gift, which I appreciate very much.
