I took these when I went for a walk up Wood Lane this afternoon. I had to work longer hours at work today so didn't have much time for walking. I've been busy again as I managed to get a visit to my client in hospital to see how she is doing. She was pleased to see me and hadn't had a visit from her cousin who is next of kin so I was glad that I went. I was also able to fill in the nurse on her home conditions as quite honestly, I don't think she should go back home. If she really insists, then she will need a big package of care but I hope that she will agree to be looked after. The nurse said that she was confused but I'm not surprised as she was obviously very dehydrated and blood tests revealed that she had probably been on the floor for 3 days! Poor thing. She is normally very alert so I wanted to make sure that they knew this and didn't think she had dementia because she is usually very with it and understands everything I do with her and keeps up to date with the news and always tells me things she has heard on the TV. I was also able to confirm with the Pharmacist that she doesn't take any prescribed medication but only some over the counter painkillers. She hasn't seen a doctor for 2 or 3 years so she has been very lucky as she is 90
