It has poured with rain today which is why I'm not out walking now. However, I think the sun is coming out as I'm writing this. This pic was taken down at Danish Camp where I went to meet my colleague to carry out her appraisal this morning. It's nice to do things over a coffee and a nice piece of tiffin!
I went to the Camera Club last night and I'm still not sure whether I shall join. We looked at projected digital images and the judge told us what he liked about the images and also pointed out technical things that could have been improved. They seemed very insignificant to me as a novice I have to say. He was talking about pixels and things which was a bit above my head. Some of the photos were amazing and I really liked them but there were quite a few that weren't very appealing to me. There weren't that many wildlife pics so I suppose that is why they didn't appeal to me so much. I must admit I've seen some better pics on 365. Anyway, next week is a competition night so I will go along to see what happens. The following week a wildlife photographer is the guest speaker so I will definitely go to that one and then I'll see whether I want to join. At least you can pay £3 and attend as a visitor and there doesn't seem to be any pressure to pay a year's subscription.
