Camera nest box by rosiekind

Camera nest box

I just had to share this with you. This is the blue tit inside the camera nest box. Bottom right shows the 8 eggs that she's laid, top right is Mummy Blue Tit returning to the nest and the image on the left is Mummy safely ensconced on the nest. It will be sod's law that the babies hatch while I am in Chicago but I am leaving Steve instructions on how to video it. The trouble is he's not got much idea about laptops let alone videoing the nest. We shall have to wait and see.

Thanks for everyone's kind comments and Favs - it is always much appreciated.
Can't wait to see! Fun collection!

Great series Rosie. My Mum and Dad have a camera box, but no full time residents. It has got some grass/hay in it and the Blue Tits keep going in and put white feathers in the box. As soon as they have finished the House Sparrows go back in and take out the white feathers but not the hay. This has been going on for a few weeks now. Nothing is spending the nights in there.
