The feeder outside my kitchen window is nearly empty in this shot so I just had to go out (as Hop-a-long Cassidy) to fill their feeder as I can't have them going hungry. We have discovered that one of the robins has a nest in the ivy outside the front door about 1ft away. No wonder he was hanging around when I sat out there the other day. Yesterday he was taking some very tasty meals in for them including moths and beetle type creatures. It's lovely to think we shall have another brood. There is also another robin's nest outside the window on the other side of the front of our house which is L shaped. It will be lovely to see them all when they have fledged. The birds keep me entertained while I am stuck in the house but Pam & Sarah are coming tomorrow to take me out so I am looking forward to that.
