It is the River Festival in Bedford this weekend when 300,000 people are expected to visit and I think they were all there on Saturday! It was very busy and I probably should have taken a different lens with me but that's typical. Anyway, here is a picture of the Mayor as he travelled down the River Great Ouse.

Dave looks as though he is enjoying his role there. I think the 300 000 people all ended up drinking at Russell Park through the night. You should have seen the mess this morning at 7 am. You captured the happy atmosphere here.
