Although Donald is much brighter and prettier than his mate Daisy, I like Daisy just as much. Apart from a crop on all my pics today, I haven't done any editing. I'm really pleased with my new camera and it's exciting getting to find all the controls although I do have to think more about what I'm doing. I have realised that my compositions haven't been too brilliant and I need to manipulate the situation sometimes when I am photographing birds in the garden by moving obstacles out of the way. I enjoyed my day yesterday so much and learnt an awful lot. All I need to do now is keep practising and try out some new things. I ought to try other subjects too but I am a bit obsessed with birds. I also must remember to change the month on my camera because I stupidly put May instead of June. Silly me!
