I was going to walk all the way round the cycle track but when I got to this bit, I realised that I wouldn't be going any further! It was like the river which runs along side it. I must get myself another pair of wellie boots as my boots are only waterproof up to the ankles and they are material above that. They were my daughter's cast offs so I think it's time to invest in a pair for myself. I've only got riding boots but they are in the back garage somewhere and are not really suitable as they are fitted and won't allow me to wear my cosy boot socks inside.
