An island an hour boat ride south of the Chatham Is. Small, rural and filled with history, also recognised as the first inhabited place that welcomes every day.
@dide Dianne I have to go back to Pitt and climb the Mt Hapeka and many more great walks. @jacqbb That poor tree was not the centre but I think photo bombed the composition. I hope you are enjoying AYWMC Jacqueline. I learnt so much and still applying many of what I learnt, have a few months to go yet but have kept up with each lesson. @777margo - yes the boat sits proud enough to capture Margo.
