Chatham Caves

We detoured and were shown old stone carvings that were hard to see after 100+ years on a rock wall. A cave sat under the messages on the rock wall. Most of the group chose to watch others enter the cave, it was low and small. Legends of this cave were told as we entered. Here is Robbie entering the cave as I exited.

This looks a bit claustrophobic for my liking! But the whole of the Chatham's islands looks to be a beautiful place.

@jon_lip Yes Jon, this cave was small and eerie.
@bkbinthecity Thanks Brian, I am out of sync with my stories matching my pics of the day but I can live with that. The experience is where my heart is.
