BANQUET TABLE

Part of one of our excursions in Hungary was a banquet in the Renaissance style. The setting of the table was very similar to that period except for the cutlery because in those days people used to eat with their hands. We had a very good time, great food and flowing wine – was almost drunk by the time we left. We had no hurry as it was raining outside.
Took this pic in 2 parts and stitched them together.
wow, that's a very impressive table setting! fit for a feast! can imagine you enjoying this meal!

Great picture. What are the things that look like crowns? Maybe a napkin in a crown?

@jenrobcarr @steeler @mrssmith @buttercup @friendie Thanks for your comments. Yes Mary they are napkins in cardboard crowns. the crowns were supposed to be put on but none of us did - we had been to the hairdresser that morning (hehehehe)
