Last night we - and the thousands of people who flocked to the Sliema promenade (St Julians side) - were mesmerized by a spectacular fireworks display that lasted almost 3 hours till mid-night on the occasion of the festa of St Julians. This is the last-but-one festa in the Sliema area.
