This is a 50 metre high rock arch in the cliffs some 100 metres from Fungus Rock (the rocks in yesterday’s picture are half way between here and Fungus Rock). The sea has worn a hole through a narrow headland forming ‘the window’ called ‘it-Tieqa’ in Maltese. This area is spectacular at any time, but rough seas make it even more spectacular. In rough weather people are warned to keep well above the high water line.
Yesterday evening we attended a ballet performance of the musical 'Peter Pan'. Not that I am very much interested in ballet but Michaela was part of the cast as the ballet performance was produced by the ballet school she goes to. The show was really beautiful. Will have time to comment further when I get some time to transfer the pictures I took (very discreetly) from the camera to my pc and if I find anyone of them worth showing I will share.
Great shot i think Charles also visited here a couple of weeks back he also mentioned the diving is awesome...its on my travetravel list to come out and visit Malta sometime
look forward to the peter pan image!
