VACATION: DAY 7 – WHAT GOES UP COMES DOWN

July 20th Or is it the opposite? Cable cars took us from Montevers Mountain train station half way down to the glacier. It was a very steep descent as you can see from this shot. I took this shot from our cabin - while my legs were trembling because I hate heights - of the next 2 cabins coming down while another 2 are going up. From there on we had to descend a long series of stairs and passageways along the valley wall down to the bottom.

Thank you so much, Anatoly. When I took this shot I was in the cabin just in front of the ones in the picture. I was holding my camera in one hand and the handhold in the other. Like I said I don't love heights.
