We went to Gozo for the weekend. I took some interesting shots some of which I will be showing in the coming days. Am posting late and in a hurry as I am a bit busy today. Will catch up on commenting later.
Took this shot at the Valletta Sunday flea market (which is no longer held within Valletta but a km or so outside the Valletta walls at Blata l-Bajda - in English translated into ‘The White Rock’. I went there Sunday before last early in the morning (around 7.00 am) to avoid the crowds while the stall keepers were still erecting their stalls. Tourist excursions are organised to visit the place and tourists mix with the many Maltese who take a morning out touring the stalls filled with all types of ware for sale. You will not be able to leisurely walk around with all the people around after 8.30 am. I went there to see if I could buy some seedlings for my garden. The seller in the picture does not seem to be happy at being photographed. His look is very suspicious and I moved quickly on before I got into trouble.
Thank you so much for looking and for your lovely comments on my latest 3 pictures.
So many to choose from. I am sorry I have not commented on your recent photos. Life has been quite busy. Fingers crossed I am on top of everything now.
Good shot.
Thank you very much for your lovely comments. I was quite a distance away so I was safe. Like Richard said he must have thought I am one of those Tax man who hound evaders.
