Nick: “Thank you so much dear friends for giving us a lift . I was getting tired flying in this wind. Why did our cruise liner decide to anchor outside port? I wonder.”
Nick again: “So boys where are you from? We are on our way to Geelong to meet Aussie friends of ours.”
Joe, one of the boys: “ We are from Malta”
Jeff: “We, too, are from Malta. Don’t tell me you paddled all the way from Malta!”
Nick mutters to himself: “F***in’ stupid gull and an even more stupid question.”
Joe: “You won’t believe this. Something straight from the Chronicles of Narnia happened. We were happily paddling round the Sliema coast with other paddlers when we were caught up in a thick fog and when we came out of it only us two were left and we found ourselves here. Now we’ll have to figure how to get back.”
Nick: “My gosh what a sto….”
Jeff (interrupts): “ Look Nick, we’re in for a great welcome. Those Aussie 365’ers said they would be waiting for us. Never expected such a welcome. They even hung a welcome banner on Sydney Bridge! We will feast tonight, Nick and you two are invited to come with us.”
Nick again mutters to himself: “How f***in’ stupid this guy is.” Turning to Jeff :”Jeff, before you continue saying stupid things, did you read all that’s written on that banner you bl***y nincompoop????”

Get them to turn left under the Bridge and they will be in the Rocks... stop in for a beer. I have really enjoyed their trip. A good laugh with every posting. Maybe there will be a return trip to Malta..
Well now they have to figure out how to get to Geelong, only another 1000 kms to go
