Last Sunday I went to Gzira to watch my grandniece who was going to receive her first Holy Communion. I went there early to take some shots at the short procession from the parish centre to the church as unauthorised individuals were not to be permitted to take photos in church during the ceremony. I was told that altogether there were altogether 33 children to take their first Holy Communion at the Gzira parish. These are the girls getting in line for the procession to the church. Parents and other relatives, all very elegantly dressed, walked alongside the children up to the church where they took their places in the pews.
Thank you very much for looking and for your wonderful comments and FAV's on yesterday's picture
