A steep climb to the top of – Mount Vogel in the Triglav National Park, Slovenia.
No not on foot but by cable car. Shot taken through the glass of the window (which wasn’t very clean).
Mount Vogel at 1800m is one of Slovenia's premier ski resorts in winter – something I have been wanting to try but no one of my family wants to come along. Mount Vogel is also one of 'the' places to check out some amazing views over the Alps and Lake Bohinj.
Tomorrow – Jeff and Nick. Terry please note.
That's high for sure. I don't really enjoy cable cars, but I manage to pep talk myself through them because you can get some nice shots of the landscape!
Fantastic image!! In the winter it must be imposing but without the snow, it looks like a rickety building that could go over at any second. I like the mood!
