WHERE EAGLES DARE

23rd August. Our next stop – Mount Vogel.

A steep climb to the top of – Mount Vogel in the Triglav National Park, Slovenia.
No not on foot but by cable car. Shot taken through the glass of the window (which wasn’t very clean).

Mount Vogel at 1800m is one of Slovenia's premier ski resorts in winter – something I have been wanting to try but no one of my family wants to come along. Mount Vogel is also one of 'the' places to check out some amazing views over the Alps and Lake Bohinj.
