It’s my birthday, today and what do you do on your birthday? Stop and reflect on your past, present and on your future projects. Most of all you reflect on how fast time flies. My last birthday seems like it was yesterday.
I took this shot while walking in front of this glass door and thinking on what shot to post on a day like this.
How am I going to celebrate my birthday? A good lunch with Christine (my wife), my two children (JP and Denise), their spouses (Louise and Ian) and one grandchild each (Michaela and Max).
Today is also a public holiday - it is Workers' Day. Besides Malta celebrates its accession to the European Union which was on 1st May, too.
Joke: Some employees bought their boss a gift for his birthday. Before opening the gift, the boss shook it slightly, and noticed that it was wet in the corner. Touching his finger to the wet spot and tasting it, he asked, "A bottle of wine?"
His employees replied, "No."
Again, he touched his finger to the box and tasted the liquid. "A bottle of scotch?"
"His employees replied again, "No."
Finally the boss asked, "I give up. What is it?"
His workers responded, "A puppy."
