The best way to dine on fish is to sit at an outdoor table on a warm evening, smell the scent of the salt sea water and sip chilled white wine. Christine is doing just that here except that next to her is her dish with chicken fillets and instead of wine she is drinking a soft drink. That’s contrary to Ian and me – we were a bit shaky by the time we were ready and Ian had to drive all the way back – just , a half an hour’s drive though.
Joke: Isaac was sitting at a table in his favourite restaurant. After a long wait he called over his waiter.

My wife says that sprouts are often cooked a to long time. 10 min. at the most is enough . You can stir fry the afterwards if you like (I do)
