The time was 6.42am and the sun did not appear even if it was completely daylight. The sun remained hidden behind the thick clouds for about another 2-3 hours before it appeared high up in the sky. At this stage I gave up but not before I attempted an HDR shot through four pictures at different focal lengths and in manual mode. How do you like it in hdr?
Thank you so very much for all your views, comments and fav's on yesterday's picture. I was awed by your responsible and am very grateful.
Great pov. and capture of this beautiful view.
(Yes . That`s the way how it works. If the weather forecast is to bad they close the shutters. It is done as we wanted the inlet to be salt and tided. There is a big mussel and lobster area and trade. In those day`s the strengten/hihgten of all dikes alongside was more expensive.)
P.s. Now the whole inlet (Oosterschelde) is a big European nature area
Sure looks magical with the colors and lights. That is so great that you are taking Max along and giving him a camera when you go shooting. He may take after you in photography and that would be a great legacy! Beautiful shot here.
