CHRISTMAS CRIB by sangwann

CHRISTMAS CRIB

I suggest you see this enlarged, thank you.
I don’t know you but to me this looks like a living Christmas crib.
After we had settled in our guesthouse and had a shower we went out to have dinner. The guesthouse which looked like a transformed farmstead was in the shape of a ‘U’ and right in between was this lovely shed (could be the living quarters of the proprietors of the property) in complete darkness with the lights shining on the inside and grandpa playing with his grandchild. It was such a tender family scene that I felt it would be a shame not to share it.
Many thanks for looking and for the comments and fav's on yesterday's picture.
that is a lovely scene Dione.

Terrific capture, you are the prince of low-light captures. Agree it looks like a giant size Nativity setting.

I like the thinking here and it's interesting how the father and son are so prominent in a detailed capture. Composing so that they're on a third and the window framing helps but I think it may also be because they are the only human elements in the scene and our eyes are always drawn towards people in an image.
Nice one.
