The queue I spoke about yesterday was daunting but we discovered that it was for entry into the monastery and we could visit the monastery church without waiting in the queue. These are two of the shots I took in there. The has a sombre look but has some great architecture, as you can see here.
On the internet there is a lot of information about the monastery but nothing much about the monastery church in particular. All I know is that together with the monastery it was built between the 15th and 16th centuries.
