September 13th
There wasn’t much time for anything after we took our rooms, unpacked and had a chat with the owner of the guest house, a very affable person. In fact, he was very helpful during our stay, helping in our choice of restaurants where to eat and suggesting routes and places to go. So when everyone was ready – it was me and Christine, my daughter Denise, husband, Ian and son Max, and my son Jean-Pierre ( who we very often address as JP), his wife, Louise and daughter Michaela – off we went for dinner.
But I was anxious to have a first view and some pictures of the long stretch of beach they have at Capo San Vito which is just a10-minutes walk away from the guest house. So while the others settled at our table I raced some 100 metres to the beach and took a couple of quick shots with my camera handheld. This is the only acceptable shot I took. The other one or two are both blurred.
Many thanks for your views, comments and fav's.
This is a fantastic night picture. This looks like a wonderful spot to have a romantic stroll along that walkway with the moon shining above, and there you were all alone rushing to get a quick shot. Too bad, but still a fav.
