After about 20/25 minutes walking in the direction of Golden Bay which was still very far off it started to drizzle and I was lucky to be close to a sheltered bus stop where I stopped for a couple of minutes till the rain stopped. Then I decided to continue my walk but had to rush back to the bus stop as it started to rain, heavily this time. The stone-built bus stop had a window on the side. I didn’t risk continuing my walk and when the rain stopped I made an about turn and started my walk back to the car.

We have had lots of rain here lately too. After years of drought in Australia due to the el nino weather pattern we have now flipped into a la nina weather pattern and that means lots of rain. We go from one extreme to another here.
