POMPEI BASILICA

Naples – Day 5
Isn’t it beautiful? Christine and I had been to the basilica when we went to the ruins 3 years earlier but my sister and her husband had never been so we agreed to go there once more. We were lucky because the Basilica was celebrating the feast of Our Lady of Pompei. So we stayed for the celebration of the mass and later visited a small museum adjoining the basilica.
