CHRIST LAID TO REST

Naples – Day 6
Don’t be afraid, this is just one shot from another beautiful church we came across during our walk for the day along the streets of Naples The church is dedicated to Saints Philip and Giacomo.
In a glass coffin was this beautiful effigy of Christ. I took two shots, one full body and this one. I liked this one best, especially after I transformed it in sepia tones. I thought it was worth sharing.
This bring to an end my pictures from day 6. There are many more I would have liked to show but I have to move on. It’s now time to post some shots from Malta including some to show the Christmas atmosphere at home and along our roads. Will post shots from an exciting Day 7 in Naples in due course.
