This is a shot of a Neapolitan Christmas Crib that I took on our last day in Naples (more shots to be posted later) when we visited a Carthusian Monastery and Museum. I thought it fits the day perfectly.
We had everything ready for a wonderful Christmas season with all the family but alas my daughter had to take a rapid covid test because a colleague at work was positive for covid. The test proved negative but according to protocol we decided to stay away from each other just in the remote case. Covid cases have exploded here and we are only second to the UK for the number ( per 1000) of infections. Some of us are very disappointed but we have to do what is best for all.

haha....this so reminds me of a part of the film 'Flash Gordon'...have you seen it? It has a soundtrack by Queen and there is a race of 'birdmen' who come streaming into the rescue in the nick of time....wonderful film.....Happy Yule to you and your family :)
