I have to finish what I started. So returning to our Naples holiday, here are some shots from our seventh and last day in Naples. Another surprisingly interesting day exploring another part of Naples.
This is my brother-in-law, Joe, going down the stairs in front of us to catch the metro to Vomero Hill, the highest place around the city. The escalator wasn’t working at the time.
So many weeks of preparation and Christmas has come and gone in no time. We have had a lovely day at my son’s but we missed my daughter, her husband and Max who decided to self-isolate because of the risk of passing on Covid to the rest of the family. A colleague of my daughter was found positive to the pandemic two days before Christmas and although a rapid test on her proved negative she preferred to stay away from us for the time being until she gets another negative test in a few days’ time.

A great solo photo with nobody else! We have to think in this Covid time that there is a future - we just have to handle the present!
