took this on my phone and the light was so strong I couldn't match up the sections of the panorama!
But for me it still captures the fantastic light colours and character of a beach we visited often when we were little. Mum and I sat enjoying ice cream from the car....and two of our friends from old days appeared from the sand with their grandchildren! Perfect afternoon!

Thanks - it's at a little village called Portmahomack in Easter Ross and looks across the Dornoch Firth to Dornoch on the other side......another fantastic beach there but was quite a distancefurther to travel to until t they built a bridge across that firth in 1990-91. Now we love to visit it too.
Next time I am up at my parents place..........!
