It's all looking lovely this morning with sun trying to come through the mist. And I have more painting to do on the garage door!

Yes Ann I did read your comment and when I was at the other side of the gate this morning it was irresistable!!! And one photo didn't tell the story. I love collages!!!
We are very privileged to have a lovely house and garden in a fab setting. We have lived here for 18 years (moved up the road and round the corner) and the little stream at the side of this garden ran past the end of the garden of our other house! I never get tired of it even though I never get all the gardening done! But does anyone!!!!!
@annielf My hub does the grass and anything that needs more muscle than I can manage but I love the rest....just frustrating that in school term time I don't seem to manage to do things regularly! I make sure that what I can see from my family room patio doors looks good and the rest has to survive till holiday times!
Ever thought of writing a children's book? ... these pictures could be the beginning of a childhood adventure as they go through the gate and across the stream ... (or have I got a too active imagination?!)
hee hee I have dozens of children's books in my head! And when I worked as Literacy Development Coordinator for a few years I was always talking about things I had collected and found! Will think about the settings now!
There's no such thing as too active imagination! It's called creativity and it's a wonderful gift!
