souffle success

I hadn't made a cheese souffle for years....but something on a cookery programme this week reminded me about them.
So had a go and delighted with the result. We had it with some hot smoked salmon and salad and will be having it again soon!
Three good things
1. Back to work and a good day.
2. Weekend already.....short working weeks are good.
3. Allan is making curry for tea and it smells fantastic!
