I wonder if Susannah has been exploring her new sewing machine! It's her birthday in a few weeks and this was a very good deal at John Lewis on Saturday.
Three good things
1. The lovely lady gave us an excellent tutorial in the store.
2. Good to catch up with daughters and friends
3. Sunshine is such a tonic....felt much better after spending two days in Edinburgh with my 'wee girl'.
This is a super present for a lovely daughter Sallie, just think of the stuff she will sew on this over the course of her life ! She looks very pleased with it!!
@happypat I hope she will get lots of use out of it! I had my first one from my gran when I got engaged and then got a new one .......come to think of it ......just before we all came to your B&B that first time. I'd made lots of dresses and shorts and things for that trip to France - even a hat for Laura!!!
