This weekend I'm catching up with Mum and Dad after several weeks. It's been a gorgeous day and in some places the leaves are only beginning to turn. I loved the colours and contrasts here on my walk to Tesco.
Three good things
1. My middle sister is at Mum and Dad's this weekend too and so nice to see her....it's at least two years since we were together last!
2. Good to find them both better than last time I was up when Mum had been struggling with a dreadful cough / chest infection.
3. Dad's birthday weekend.....he will be 87 tomorrow.
Oh what a treat to meet family.....hard when we live so far apart...have a lovely weekend & your dad will be basking in attention!! Happy Birthday to him!
