Hurray....the new patio table is assembled!

After a very busy day in the garden I took this selfie sitting at our new patio table. It came in bits back in February, from eBay. I varnished all the bits about 3 weeks ago and last night / this morning we put all the bits together......I learned some new skills!! But Allan did most of it!
We went to the lovely plant nursery, not far from home, at 'half-time' and I spent about 5 hours working really hard on the planters and patio edge.....not finished, but almost everything has found a home and will hopefully flourish.
Three good things
1. Glorious sunshine for most of the morning
2. Satisfied with all the effort of putting the table together and lots of planting.
3. A lovely bath and this quick selfie once I had put on cosy jumper etc .....the temperature has dropped and the breeze got up.....and I know all my friends down south were having a very warm day!!!
