Mmmmm! Tastes lovely.
Trying out a new Gluten Free recipe for sponge on old favourite pudding......and it works nicely. I think without the moist apples the topping might be a little dry but this is perfect for today.
Sharing the kitchen.......it's quite big but we each have our own way of working there!! Hee hee!

Colder weather brings out the comfort food....this looks so delicious ...we are having left over bacon & sausages for tea with fried eggs! I have eaten very little as have been having so many meals out, looking at this makes me so hungry!!
