They had a lovely time and survived the chill. And interesting places to eat!
Maybe we can join them at some point when they are in USA.
Hopefully they're coming to Scotland for a month in July.
Three good things
1. Fun morning on a thistle theme. Burn's Day coming soon and lots of Scottish poetry learning at school.
2. Out of class time. It was quite constructive.
3. Pack of mincemeat pies finished.....we bought too many!! Good though!!!
Exciting times, must have been so interesting to visit the White House, not sure if the young one is bothered! I put Connor to start with & then realise this is Finley, how they grow!
@happypat they sure grow! The photo opportunity was too good to pass by but actually they weren't inside. Don't think David would be allowed not being American and they're very strict about who is admitted these days....all sorts of security checks. One does wonder!!!
