Grandma nipped outdoors, well wrapped up, to play in the snow.....
and she also cleared a bit of the drive so one pedestrian could make their way to the front door.
Meanwhile, Seanair was at the shops ......he's been back for quite a while but has only just noticed Grandma's Snowman! There's a lot of laughter around here........
Three good things
1. Fun in snow.....not the bitter wind any more and I feel much better!
2. Not having to go anywhere! The main road is clear at our house but lots of snow fell overnight and lots of roads are still 'not advised'!
3. Coffee and chocolate cookies.....Allan has just brought me some!
Had to laugh at this Sallie, you are a game girl! Wonder what your neighbours thought if they saw you? Not many grandmas make snowmen on their own in the garden! He is very handsome! Hope that's not Allan's hat!

And the hat....actually I made it for Laura the first time we went to France.....via Latus Hall farm! I didn't think about that when I found it in a drawer today!!
@sarah19 Yes indeed! Come the 1st of July, I'll be over there quite a lot. ;-) Yikes I wonder how I'm going to cope with coming home after 27 years of living abroad?! Feeling nervous.
@jamibann I can understand the feeling nervous, but I'm sure it will be fine. Such a lovely part of the world to live in and you can just take your time settling back. All your experiences of years abroad make you a different person to the one who left.........lots to look forward to!
