This is from a couple of weeks ago but there is nothing to take photos of on a day like this! I found the pot of little daffodils toppled over that morning so decided the best plan was to chop them and make the most of the life that was still there.
It has poured with rain overnight and ALL day! Heavy cold rain......and Allan had my car at work so I walked to school.....that was fine but at lunch time it was pouring and I was completely soaked at trouser level by the time I got home for lunch. Quick change and found my waterproof trousers to wear on top of dry gear for return journey. The children are so jumpy with not getting outdoors ......and things went from bad to worse.
By the end of the day there were floods on every road round our area.
Three good things
1. My Pilates class was cancelled due to flooding so didn't have to go out in the rain.
2. The mouse for the computer is working again. It wouldn't do anything this morning but Allan found a solution online!
3. Forecast for tomorrow is dry! Hope the roads are clear so people can get to work safely. The snow is clearing at quite a rate but nowhere for it to go!!
We had a lovely spring like day here, rain tomorrow...
