I did play around with this photo on iPiccy as it was rather monotone....taken on a grey day!
But it shows the rather radical haircut that Allan gave the weeping laburnum yesterday. It had become very straggley with shoots everywhere!
Three good things
1. Usual shopping at the local butcher for weekend meals with Grannie.
2. We got to Glasgow in the end.....long diversion on single track road - accident on dual carriageway.....met lots of vehicles....range rover pulling caravan, touring coach.....and had final few miles on very steep twisty road down into Stirling!!
3. Steak pie for tea......everything felt fine again!
