Today was rather like this photo which I took yesterday at the bottom of the garden.
There were magic moments like the unfurling new leaves with their fabulous colour and light filtering through them. There was lots of evidence of growth at meetings with teams of people like the daffodils at different stages with different tones.
And there were some shadow places where the dark side seemed to suck energy out of us, and some dead wood which would be better removed!
But just sharing this photo on 365 and the positive comments from days past has made me feel so much calmer and ready to rest!
Three good things
1. Thank you to 365 friends for support and encouragement.
2. Sunshine and Allan got the grass cut at last.
3. Pilates and time afterwards to get my head back to some kind of balance!
