Forecast was very wet afternoon......but actually it is just a tiny bit drizzly so far. We went out for lunch - just the two of us- family and American grandparents are off to Brodie Castle for the day.
We were heading for a nearby Art Gallery but open time is later on Sundays so we will go another time. Just by the car park I spotted the field of barley blowing in the wind.
Three good things
1. Smoothie for breakfast.
2. Spicy roasted cauliflower, caramelized apple, pecan and minty yoghurt dressing wrap.......great lunch
3. Cosy at home now.....off for a nap!!!
PS Just after lunch I was looking at the calendar and realised that is was one year since the Thanksgiving Service for my lovely Dad. Felt a bit odd that I hadn't clocked it but life has been a little hectic with the next generation and he would have smiled about that!
