Safely home with Allan, Jonathan and Susannah after getting a final few things sorted at Mum's before heading off in my car. Beautiful light and traffic not bad at all. Such a lot to be grateful for especially when our children are on the move. David Jenn and boys are with good friends in Kuala Lumpur where they met lots of years ago, and Laura and Iain are with good friends in Melbourne, heading to Sydney in a couple of days.
Hoping for a gentle day tomorrow and some Skype catch up time.
Three good things
1. Mum has my sister with her for a couple of days and having an elderly friend with them for Christmas lunch tomorrow.
2. A lovely catch up with a neighbour whose husband passed away a few months ago.
3. Dessert nearly ready and table set. Never been so organised!!
